Terms & Conditions

All accounts are subject to Capital Logistics Limited terms and conditions, which are available for inspection upon request and are deemed to have been read and accepted when you use the services offered.

Conditions of carriage

All goods are carried under the standard conditions of carriage of the Irish Road Haulage Association (IRHA). A full copy of those conditions is available on request.

Credit terms

Terms of credit are strictly thirty (30) days from invoice date. Delays in meeting credit term criteria may result in suspension or closure of the account.

Queries

All queries must be reported within seven (7) days of invoice date. Queries raised when payments are due will not be accepted as a reason to withhold payment on any balance owed.

Insurance

Capital Logistics holds Public and Employer's Liability insurance and Goods in Transit cover. The standard liability limit per consignment is governed by IRHA conditions of carriage; higher-value cover is available on request prior to collection.

Variation

Capital Logistics Limited reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The current published version will apply at the date of booking.
